Prospective clients who are interested in coming to The Moorings will need to first have an assessment carried out by the senior care team to allow the home to ensure that the service provided will meet the needs of the individual.
The assessment criteria will cover a range of health, medical and social needs to ensure that individuals are appropriately placed in our care service. It is important for us to gather as much information as possible during the assessment process (all of which will be treated confidentiality), so that we can tailor a plan of care to support the new Service User.
